I had to contact them to change my shipping address and speed due to a surprise cold snap. They didn't even hesitate. My snails are chilling out in their new habitat, healthy and warm.
I had never ordered fish online so I wasn't sure what to expect. The four Supreme Red Albino guppies arrived in good order in a highly insulated box within 24 hours of the order. They seemed to be in a hibernation/sleep mode, but shortly after beginning the acclimation process they popped to life and were ready to explore their new home. Will order again!

I just picked up 2 blue, 2 purple and 2 magenta mystery snails. they arrived super quick and in great condition. They are pea sized now but they will grow quick.

My little cinnamon mystery snail is perfect! It was exploring its new surroundings as soon as it was added to the tank and has grown quite the personality. I'm in love!

Honest review, some of the strains are definitely expensive but what you are getting is strait spines very nice looking guppies almost perfect looking. They were individually wrapped and packed nicely, unfortunately one female must of gotten stressed and developed a fungus infection. Aquarium salt and paraguard cleared that up in two days. And bonus my females were both pregnant so I already have fry. The biggest downside (if it’s your first order) is it takes time to fill orders so you feel like your getting ripped off but fulfilment might take a week or two but shipping time was really fast under 18 hours from notification. So definitely will order again just gonna wait for some sales lol nice job team thanks for the new addition 👍p.s. my cam sucks
