I mean, what else is there to say? I got my little guy a few weeks ago. When I opened the box I thought they gave me a bag of water. My dude was so small I couldn't even see him! Anywho, fast forward a week of not seeing him and suddenly I started seeing him every day. Awesome. Very satisfied.
My wife wakes me up in panic one morning to inform me I suddenly had two Ramshorns.
It cloned itself.
I mean, if that's not a sign of healthy snail, idk what is. I purposely purchased one instead of two with the hopes of only having one. Now it seems I got two for the price of one😂
My town went under evacuation due to a forest fire the day my snails were supposed to arrive , we got displaced for a week and my snails were at the post office for 3 weeks and with some miracle they are alive !!! The package was packaged super super well I highly recommend

The snails were sent the day after I ordered and arrived the day after that. They were packed well and it was a chilly day unfortunately but the snails seem okay. Except for the one that got eaten instantly by my female bettas :( The other two are in a different tank and doing well. I’m super happy with my purchase it was a very easy and smooth process ordering them and i will definitely order again!

The parcel was extremely well packed and the ramshorn snails were safe and healthy when they got here!!
Wanted the blue but Canada guppies offered these instead at no extra cost.
Took a week for them to actually ship and was ghosted when I inquired. Also though not really canada guppies fault it still took purolator 5 days to arrive from Quebec to Sask even though I payed for over-night. But was well-packed and insulated.
I received tiny but healthy and energetic stock. Canada guppy even gave me an extra when I only ordered 2. They got to work immediately after acclimation. And have since grown fast and already started laying eggs.
I ordered one pink one red, paid for express 1day shipping hoping they would be here 2-3 days after they shipped. They were checked in on April 17 and sat in one place in Quebec until the 22nd or 23rd and I received them in BC the 24th. I don't think that's the sellers fault, it most likely is puralators. Due to the long shipping times, the water being freezing cold when they showed up and the box not saying anywhere that there's a live animal inside, I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Snails were great, packed well and safely, but everything else was... not great. Paid for 1-day shipping on a weekend anticipating they'd get shipped out on the Monday. It wasn't until the following Monday that they shipped, though. That in itself was too bad, but acceptable. However, I reached out at the end of the week about the shipping delay and promptly got no response. Again, the snails are great but I cannot recommend them for their customer service.
