First time ordering anything live through post. They acclimated fast! Active an hour after arriving!
I ordered 4 of the purple mystery snails. I was a little worried since I had never ordered live animals online. So I ordered 2 at first. They arrived fast and are very healthy. Beautiful colour!! I just had to get 2 more.
I was a bit scared to order during our frigid canadian winters but to my surprise the snails were super well packed with a heat pack. I ordered 2 blues and 2 purple and glad to report everyone made it safe! Will defenetly order again
My purple snail is named Rain and is now fully established in my 30g tank with some pearl danio, after about a month. He is doing fabulously, and has been really enjoying his parasnailing! really deep colouring!
Although it took some time to arrive, my snail arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. It was out and about 20 minutes after being introduced into its new tank. It has quite the personality and makes me smile constantly.
